Nokia Gol is a Java application that allows access to content about results, statistics and news of global football (soccer). In the Premium version you can access automatic updates of events in matches of the most renowned local and international tournaments. In the Basic version, the information is only updated once a day.
Nokia Gol, all the information and contents provided within are copyrighted to INFONOR SRL.
INFONOR SRL grants a limited usage license to the users of Nokia Gol. The information services provided by Nokia Gol may be ended at any time, as determined by INFONOR SRL, with a notice message in the application during, at least, 15 days.
You recognize that you are allowed to use Nokia Gol and its contents only for personal, private and legitimate uses and never for commercial use. Any other uses, as well as the property of all copyrights related to Nokia Gol are reserved to INFONOR SRL. You may not distribute, publish, resell, copy, move, backup, modify, decompile, reverse engineer the source code, create derived software or use Nokia Gol in any other way than those expressly allowed in this Terms of Use document and the usage instructions of Nokia Gol. INFONOR SRL is not responsible under any circumstance of any error or delay of the content provided, or of any action that acted upon this information.
This is a beta version of Nokia Gol, and may be subjected to corrections and improvements. The information contained is not definitive. Nokia Gol relies and depends on the current technology, and may be affected adversely due to the performance of the network or any other factors outside of our control including, but not limited to, network service coverage, disconnections, slow data traffic, wireless malfunction, network connections maintenance, etc. INFONOR SRL is not responsible if you can’t access the service due to any causes out of our control.
In no case and under no circumstance will INFONOR SRL be responsible, due to the use of Nokia Gol, of data loss, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, profit loss, benefits, data or other information, even when INFONOR SRL has notified of the possibility of these events. The costs of the data transmission and download will not, under any circumstance, be covered by INFONOR SRL.
INFONOR SRL is not responsible of any failures, defects or delays caused by one or more of the following reasons: That you delete Nokia Gol; that your cell phone can’t support Nokia Gol; that your cell phone is not properly configured to receive data; that the memory of your cell phone is full and can’t store further data.
The relationship between INFONOR SRL and the USER is governed by the current laws of Argentina and any controversy will be judged by the jury and tribunals of the City of Buenos Aires.

NO PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED IN SAID PROCESS. For the convenience of our visitors, INFONOR S.R.L. sites use data networks protected by firewall security appliances and passwords for use.
